Bryan Harley from J&P Cycles did a great job of summarizing the 2020 model lineup news from Harley-Davidson. Here’s his summary of everything new from H-D.
2020 HARLEY-DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLES FIRST LOOK
Harley-Davidson unveiled its 2020 lineup of motorcycles at its annual dealer meeting yesterday. The meeting touted the launch of the first electric motorcycle produced by a major manufacturer, the 2020 LiveWire, along with the return of the Low Rider S, this time as a Softail. Other headlines include the first CVO trike, the 2020 CVO Tri Glide, which is outfitted with the full complement of rider aids in Harley’s Reflex Defensive Rider Systems. The Motor Company also announced its subscription-based H-D Connect service which allows owners to connect remotely to their motorcycle and keep tabs on key data in addition to monitoring its security. Model-wise, the 2020 Heritage Classic gets a chrome makeover, the 2020 Road Glide Limited replaces the Road Glide Ultra, and the Sportster line gets trimmed down a tad as neither the SuperLow, Forty-Eight Special or 1200 Custom return from 2019.
